A short Introduction to our Family Law Team!

As we have taken on a new Associate Solicitor within the Family Team, we thought this would be a great idea to show case all the members so that you can easily be aware of who you may need to speak to!

Susan McCabe

Susan McCabe is a Director of Peter Dunn Solicitors and is Head of our Family Law Department.

Susan is a Member of the Law Society’s prestigious Family Law Panel (Advanced) with her specialist subjects being finance after divorce and private children law. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel of Expert Solicitors and represents family members and children themselves in private and public law proceedings.

Susan supervises her team of Associate Solicitors in all their matters, having a depth of knowledge of all areas of family law.

Martin Croft

Martin is our Associate Solicitor who specialises in representing parents and other family members within Public Law matters, where the Local Authority are involved and may have concerns in respect of children.

Martin has been with the firm since April 2019 and is on hand to give advice and represent parents and other family members in Care Proceedings and pre proceedings such as the PLO process.

Laura Robinson

Laura is our newest Family Law team member.

Having joined the firm this month, Laura will be on hand to deal with any of your private law issues. This includes Divorce, Financial matters, Separating couples, issues between joint owners, issues between parents, grandparents or family members about children, surrogacy issues, and any cohabitation or pre/post nuptial agreements.

WILL AID – we are pleased to announce that we are helping raise funds for charity after signing up to Will Aid once again.  We have signed up to the scheme which runs throughout November 2020.  We raised £3,665 for the nine charities involved last time we participated in the scheme.  We are very excited  to be involved in the Will Aid campaign again this year.  It gives us an excellent opportunity to reach people in our community who do not have a Will and help them to protect their loved ones for the future.  It also means we can raise funds for nine incredible charities.

 

WE ARE DELIGHTED to welcome Joy Geggie to Peter Dunn Solicitors.   Joy is a highly experience Conveyancer with over 30 years experience in the area. She accepts instructions for commercial conveyancing, residential conveyancing, commercial leases and licensing.
