After joining the founding partner of the firm Peter Dunn, in 1990, Andrew became a partner in 1997. Andrew has extensive and broad ranging experience in relation to employment law, conveyancing and civil litigation. Andrew regularly represents Clients in Courts and Tribunals around the country. He is very much a “people person”, a popular and well respected member of the legal profession. He enjoys excellent convivial working relationships with his Clients.
Andrew has vast experience and expertise in all aspects of employment law. He offers advice to employers and can assist in putting in place disciplinary and dismissal procedures that are compliant with current employment legislation which can be daunting and complex. Andrew offers advice to employees for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and all aspects of discrimination. He has an excellent track record of successful representation of Clients in Tribunal proceedings.
Andrew has built up an enviable reputation in relation to residential and commercial conveyancing. He guides purchasers and sellers through the whole process of buying and selling property, land and businesses. He regularly advises landlords and tenants in relation to tenancy issues.
Andrew has extensive experience in relation to advising and representing Claimants and Defendants in contract disputes including advocacy in relation to litigation arising from disputes which cannot be settled out of Court.
Andrew is a keen sportsman. He plays football in a local league and enjoys long distance running including half marathons and fell racing.
