Areas of Practice

Martin Croft is a Director at Peter Dunn Solicitors and works alongside Susan McCabe in the Family Law Department. Martin graduated from Sunderland University with a 2:1 and completed his studies at the prestigious College of Law in York.

Martin qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and has worked in high profile firms in the North of England building up a wealth of experience. He joined the Family Law Department at Peter Dunn Solicitors in April 2019. He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel of Expert Solicitors

Martin is experienced in many aspects of Private and Public Family Law including disputes relating to children, matters arising from separation and divorce and care proceedings. He is known for his sensitive and diligent approach with his clients and has developed keen advocacy skills within court proceedings.

It is of the utmost importance to Martin that he develops excellent working relationships with his clients and he deals with each matter with confidence, expertise and care.

Outside of work Martin is a trained gym instructor and personal trainer and he enjoys worldwide travel.
