Chloë Conway Hind
Chloë graduated from Northumbria University in 2005 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. After gaining experience with several established North East firms including a Legal 500 firm, she quickly settled in to Peter Dunn Solicitors in 2015 and was promoted from Associate Solicitor to Director within twenty months of joining the company.
Having twelve years of experience, Chloë specialises in property matters and conveyancing transactions. She has wide ranging expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. All work is completed to the high standards of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme of which the firm is a committed member. She is sympathetic to the stresses of these types of transactions and conducts each case in a friendly manner and provides a very high level of client care. Chloë enjoys excellent working relationships with her clients and her client base is expanding through recommendations and repeat business.
To compliment these areas of law Chloë also deals with a wide range of private client work including Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
