Susan McCabe

Susan McCabe graduated from Hull University with a 2:1 degree in Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1988. She joined Peter Dunn & Co in 2000 and became a partner in 2003 . Susan specialises in family law.

Susan has specialist Law Society Accreditation as a family law Advanced Member and is an accredited specialist member of Resolution. Susan is a Trained Collaborative Lawyer and will discuss with you which approach to the resolution of your difficulties suits you and your family best.

Susan has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, financial provision, disputes relating to children, cohabitation disputes and care proceedings. Susan appears regularly in the County and Family Proceedings Court throughout the North East. Susan undertakes private and publicly funded work.
